Our Story
Born from a love of light and the human form
Velora Norel was founded in Vienna with a single conviction: that every person carries an image worth making. Not a record of how they looked on a given day, but something truer — a distillation of presence, character, and quiet power.
What began as a portrait practice grew, over years of collaboration with models, designers, and creative directors, into a full-service photography and modelling agency. Today we work across portrait, fashion editorial, and boudoir & glamour — three disciplines united by the same unhurried, detail-obsessed approach.
Vienna is our home and our muse. Its architecture, its light, its particular brand of restrained elegance — all of it finds its way into the work. But our clients come from across Europe, and we travel wherever the image demands.
What We Stand For

Discretion
Every session is private. What happens in the studio stays in the studio. We never share images without explicit written consent.

Craft
We do not rush. Every image is considered — in the making and in the retouching. We would rather deliver fewer images done properly than a volume of work we are not proud of.

The best images come from trust. We spend time before every shoot understanding what you want to feel when you look at the finished work.

Beauty is not a single shape. We work with people of all backgrounds, body types, and experience levels. If you have never been in front of a camera, you are exactly who we want to work with.
The Studio
A small team. An exacting standard.
Velora Norel is deliberately small. A lead photographer, a creative director, and a trusted network of hair and make-up artists, stylists, and set designers we have worked with for years. Small means every client gets our full attention. It means we can say no to work that does not excite us. It means the standard never slips.
